Processing Time

• Ready-to-Ship Guitars: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

• Custom Orders: Shipping times for custom builds will be discussed during the ordering process. Please allow additional time for crafting and final quality checks.
   

Shipping Methods

• All guitars are carefully packed and shipped using trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
   

Shipping Costs

• Domestic Shipping (France): A flat rate will apply, depending on the size and destination of your order.

• International Shipping: Timo Guitars ships worldwide! Shipping rates will vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
   

Packaging

Your guitar will be securely packed to protect it during transit, using eco-friendly materials whenever possible. Every effort is made to ensure that your instrument arrives in perfect condition.
 

Estimated Delivery Times

• France: 2–5 business days.

• Europe: 5–10 business days.

• International: 7–14 business days, depending on location.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.
 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If your guitar is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately at jenningsfrance@gmail.com.

• I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
